Abstract: To investigate the clinical treatment and prognosis of bladder calculi complicated with cystomyoma in dogs,a case of senile spotted dog bladder calculi was treated in a pet hospital. In the course of surgical treatment of bladder calculi in an old dalmatian dog, there was an approximately 20 cm×15 cm×15 cm uneven surface neoplasm attached to the dorsal side of the bladder body. The bladder mucosa at the junction with the neoplasm was found to be intact, the bladder serous membrane surface was closely connected with the neoplasm, and the surface of the neoplasm had a complete membrane structure. Histopathological diagnosis showed that the tumor mass was dominated by proliferating spindle cells and was a benign Leiomyoma of the bladder. After cystolithotomy and surgical removal of the tumor, the dog recovered well.
