Abstract: In this study, Ichthyophthirius multifiliis isolated from Cyprinus carpio was in vitro monoclonal culture, using mixture of copper sulfate and ferrous sulfate(5:2), aqueous solution of potassium permanganate and formalin to explore the mortality to Ichthyophthirius multifiliis. The results showed that the concentration of the three drugs is positively correlated with the mortality of Ichthyophthirius multifiliis, and 5.6 mg/L of copper sulfate and ferrous sulfate mixture, 8 mg/L potassium permanganate aqueous solution and 120 mg/L formalin can kill all of the Ichthyophthirius multifiliis. The sensitivity of the Ichthyophthirius multifiliis to these three chemical drugs: Copper sulfate and Ferrous sulfate mixture>Potassium permanganate aqueous solution>Formalin. The research results provide corresponding theoretical data and experimental basis for the treatment and prevention of Ichthyophthirius multifiliis disease to a certain extent.
