Abstract: Based on the proctice of Tianjin, this paper summarized the precision poverty alleviation model and its effects, compared the respective poverty-relief models in China, analyzed the innovation points of the precision poverty alleviation model in Tianjin, and discussed the countermeasures and suggestions for promoting the precision poverty alleviation in Tianjin. Precision poverty alleviation theory has been deeply practiced in Tianjin, which gave full play to the advantages of the government, society, market and rural elements, actively developed agriculture, micro-precise policy and macro-regional targeting, and built the mechanisms and models for the benefit of poor households. The government-led multi-dimensional precision poverty alleviation model and the government-supported leading agricultural enterprises precision poverty alleviation model has achieved good help results, had good social significance, and lays foundation for rural revitalitation implementation of the strategy in Tianjin.
