Advances in research and application of Chlorella growth factor CGF

Abstract

Abstract: Chlorella is one of the earliest unicellular microalgae on earth, which is rich in protein, carbohydrate, minerals and vitamins and other nutritional substances based on the presence of its growth factor（CGF）. Recently, domestic and overseas scholars have paid close attention to CGF. CGF extraction method, physiological function and application progress of Chlorella were concluded and summarized in this paper, in order to provide theoretical basis and guidance for the development and application of CGF application from Chlorella.
