外源水杨酸处理油菜幼苗对盐胁迫的生理响应

Physiological response of salicylic acid on physiological characteristics of rape seeding under salt stress

摘要: 天津市盐渍化土地面积约占总土地面积的65.8%,油菜作为油料和改善生态环境的作物有着广阔的应用前景,研究油菜的耐盐性具有重要意义。在不同含盐量的土壤条件下,研究了外源水杨酸对油菜幼苗生理特性的影响。结果表明:土壤含盐量在0.04%~0.35%范围内,油菜幼苗可溶性糖含量随着含盐量的增加而显著增加,随着含盐量的进一步增加而显著降低。盐胁迫下,水杨酸处理的油菜幼苗中可溶性糖含量、可溶性蛋白含量和脯氨酸含量均比对照组显著增加,水杨酸处理的油菜幼苗丙二醛含量比对照组显著下降。在0.35%以上的高含盐量下,水杨酸处理比对照组均显著提高了油菜幼苗中过氧化氢酶的活性。各种土壤含盐量下,水杨酸处理比对照组均显著提高了超氧化物歧化酶的活性。水杨酸可以增加油菜幼苗渗透物质的含量,降低丙二醛的含量和增强抗氧化酶的活性缓解油菜的盐害。外源水杨酸处理是提高油菜幼苗耐盐性的有效方法之一。

Abstract: The salinized land area accounts for 65.8% of the total land area in Tianjin. As an oil crop and a crop to improve the ecological environment, rape has a broad application prospect, and it is of great significance to study the salt tolerance of rape. The effects of exogenous salicylic acid on physiological characteristics of rape seedlings were studied under soil conditions with different salt content. The results showed that the soluble sugar content of rape seedlings increased significantly with the increase of salt content in the range of soil salt content from 0.04% to 0.35%, and decreased significantly with the further increase of salt content. The content of soluble sugar, soluble protein and proline in rape seedlings treated with salicylic acid were significantly increased compared with the control group under salt stress, while the content of malondialdehyde in rape seedlings treated with salicylic acid was significantly decreased compared with the control group. Compared with the control group, the catalase activity of rape seedlings was significantly increased by salicylic acid treatment at the high salt content above 0.35%. Compared with the control group, the superoxide dismutase activity of rape seedlings was significantly increased by salicylic acid treatment under various soil salt contents. The exogenous salicylic acid can increase the osmotic substance content, reduce the malondialdehyde content and enhance the activity of antioxidant enzymes of rape seedlings to alleviate the salt damage of rape. It is one of the effective methods to improve salt tolerance of rape seedlings by exogenous salicylic acid treatment.
