椰糠与珍珠岩不同配比对甜瓜幼苗质量的影响

Effects of different coir dust to perlite ratio on quality of melon seedling

摘要: 以薄皮甜瓜品种‘博洋9号’为试验材料,50%草炭+50%蛭石(体积比)为对照,研究椰糠与珍珠岩不同配比混合基质的理化性状及对幼苗生长和育苗效果的影响。结果表明,随着椰糠中珍珠岩量的增加,混合基质pH略增,且都大于CK,但均在适宜范围内;电导率下降,但含椰糠基质的电导率仍明显高于CK,容重下降且都小于CK,但在适宜范围内,大小孔隙比增加;增加了幼苗的成苗率;幼苗随基质中珍珠岩的增加表现出株高、茎粗、地上部与地下部的鲜重与干重、叶绿素含量、根冠比和壮苗指数先增加后降低;叶片数和叶面积减少。60%椰糠+40%珍珠岩达到了与CK一样的育苗效果。

Abstract: Using thin skin melon cultivar ‘Boyang No. 9’ as the experimental material and 50% peat+50% vermiculite(volume: volume)as control, the physical and chemical properties of mixed substrate of different coir dust to perlite ratio and the effects of mixed substrate on seedling growth and seedling-raising effect were studied. The results indicated that pH of mixed substrate slightly increased, and all pH were more than that CK, but all pH were within suitable range; electrical conductivity decreased, but electrical conductivities of substrates with coir dust were still significantly higher than that of CK; bulk density decreased, and all bulk density were lower than that of CK, but all bulk density were within suitable range; large to small porosity ratio increased; seedling-forming rate increased; plant height, stem thickness, fresh and dry weight of shoot and root, chlorophyll content, root to shoot ratio and strong seedling index of seedlings cultured in substrates with coir dust firstly increased then decreased as increasing perlite; leaf number and leaf area decreased as amount of perlite into coir dust increased. 60% coir dust+40% perlite reached same seedling-raising effect as CK.
