乡村振兴视域下高等农业院校人才培养路径研究

摘要: “三农”问题是关系国计民生的根本性问题,实施乡村振兴战略是解决新时代“三农”问题的重要决策部署,懂农业、爱农村、爱农民是对新时代“三农”工作者的根本要求。高等农业院校应主动顺应农业供给侧改革的需求,科学设置人才培养目标,创新师资队伍建设新模式,探索建立“三农”队伍培育培训新模式,培养农科大学生学农、爱农意识,为现代农业发展和乡村振兴培育一批会经营、善管理、能创业的优秀人才。

Abstract: The three rural issues are fundamental to the national economy and people’s livelihood. The implementation of the strategy of rural revitalization is an important decision-making and deployment to solve the three rural issues in the new era. Understanding agriculture, loving rural areas and loving farmers are the fundamental requirements for the workers of the three rural issues in the new era. This paper proposes that agricultural colleges and universities should actively comply with the demand of agricultural supply side reform, set up scientific talent training objectives, innovate new models of taculty team construction, explore and establish new gultivation and training models of “three rural issues” team, cultivate agricultural cdlege students’ awareness of learning agriculture and loving agriculture, and cultivate a group of outstanding talents who can manage, supervise and start their own businesses for the development of modern agriculture and the revitalization of rural areas.
