摘要/Abstract

摘要： 特色小镇建设目标在于构建生产空间、生活空间、生态空间紧密融合的新型城镇。基于“三生空间”理念,天津市特色小镇归为生产型、生活型和生态型特色小镇三类,其“三生空间”融合发展还面临着产业体系不完善、生活空间吸引力不足、生态空间受冲击的困境。基于CAS理论,剖析特色小镇“三生空间”融合发展机理,并以上仓镇为例,对其“三生空间”进行要素解构及特色凝练。天津市特色小镇应因势利导盘活资源,完善农村基础设施建设和公共服务,提升生态空间品质。

Abstract: Based on the concept of Production-Living-Ecology Space, the Characteristic Towns of Tianjin are classified into three types: production type, life type and ecological type. The integrated development of the Production-Living-Ecology Space still faces the dilemma of imperfect industrial system, insufficient attraction of living space and great threat to ecological space. Based on the CAS theory, the integrated development mechanism of Production-Living-Ecology Space has been analyzed. Taking Shangcang as an example, the elements and characteristics of its Production-Living-Ecology Space were dissected and summarized. The Characteristic Towns of Tianjin should make the best use of resources, improve rural infrastructure construction and public services, and promote the quality of ecological space.
