Abstract: Rural grass-roots party organizations which are the basis of the party’s work in rural areas are the organizers and practitioners of the rural revitalization strategy. This paper clarifies the function orientation of rural grass-roots party organizations in rural revitalization and combs the new progress of rural grass-roots party organization construction in the new era. By analyzing the common problems of rural grass-roots party organizations through literature combing, field research, telephone interview and other methods, this study puts forward that to promote rural grass-roots party construction, we should optimize and improve the team of leaders of rural party organizations, build an excellent team of party members, promote the standardization of the operation of rural grass-roots party organizations, further develop and expand the rural collective economy, and better strengthen the construction of rural grass-roots party organizations to help rural revitalization.
