移栽期对优质稻米产量及食味的影响

摘要: 为明确优质水稻的最佳移栽期,探讨移栽期对优质水稻品质的影响,丰富优质水稻栽培技术的应用依据,提高优质水稻栽培技术,按照现行的天津移栽时期提前或推迟移栽期,进行产量和产量构成要素的调查,同时进行糊化特性和食味品尝试验,并结合移栽至出穗期积温对产量及产量构成要素和食味品质特性的影响分析,对‘津川1号’、‘津原E28’和‘津原45’3个品种进行移栽期试验,分析了移栽期至出穗期积温和产量、产量构成要素、糊化特性及食味品尝试验综合评价值之间的相关性,旨在获得天津地区优质水稻栽培技术的理论基础和数据支撑。结果表明:食味品尝试验的综合评价值与移栽至出穗积温之间呈极显著性负相关(P≤0.001);移栽期的推迟导致产量降低,但水稻食味品质得到相应提高。因此,适当推迟移栽期有利于提高优质水稻食味品质。

Abstract: In order to evaluate the optimum transplanting period of high-quality rice, with the rationality of the change in transplanting period for improving the quality of high-quality rice to be discussed, the application basis of high-quality rice cultivation technology to be enriched, and the cultivation techniques of high-quality rice to be improved, by making the current transplanting period in Tianjin advanced or delayed, the correlation between the accumulative temperature and some measuring items, including the yield, yield components, the palatability quality, gelatinization characteristics and sense test were investigated. During transplanting to the spike stage, ‘Jinchuan NO.1’, ‘Jinyuan E28’ and ‘Jinyuan 45’ varieties were used. This experiment is aimed at obtaining the theoretical foundation and data support for high-quality rice cultivation techniques in Tianjin area. The results showed that there was a significant negative correlation between the comprehensive evaluation value of the sense test and the transplanted(P≤0.001), and the postponement of transplanting period decreased yield, but the quality of the quality rice was correspondingly improved. In order to obtain a higher yield and high-quality rice varieties, it is helpful to improve the quality of rice with the proper postponement of transplanting period.
