摘要: 通过研究7种不同营养液对组织培养后蓝莓幼苗生长、生理指标的影响,探讨最适宜蓝莓幼苗生长的营养液配方。结果表明:在自研配方2营养液浇灌下的蓝莓在株高、叶面积及可溶性糖含量方面均达到显著效果;而在蒸腾速率方面,各处理间差异不明显;在叶绿素含量方面,自研配方1处理下的蓝莓幼苗的叶绿素含量略高于自研配方2。综合比较来看,自研配方2的元素组成及各元素所占配比都更适合于蓝莓幼苗的生长。

Abstract: This experiment studied the impact of seven different nutrient solutions on the growth of blueberry seedling after tissue culture. Determined growth and physiological indexes, record to explore the most suitable nutrient solution formula for blueberry seedling growth. After comprehensive analysis found that: the difference of plant height, leaf area and soluble sugar content under the influence of the research formula 2; the chlorophyll content of blueberry seedling under the research formula 1 was a little higher than one under the research formula 2. According to comprehensive comparison, the elements of the composition and the ratio of each element of research formula 2 were more suitable for the growth of blueberry seedling.
