Effects of exogenous zinc sulphate treatment on physiological characteristics of waxy seeding under salt stress

摘要: 盐渍化土壤在我国分布广泛,糯玉米有着广阔的发展前景,研究外源物对盐胁迫下糯玉米的幼苗生理和生长的影响有重要意义。在盐胁迫下,研究了不同浓度硫酸锌对糯玉米幼苗生理特性的影响,结果表明:土壤含盐量3.80 g/kg条件下,0.20 g/L硫酸锌处理可显著提高糯玉米幼苗可溶性糖、可溶性蛋白和脯氨酸含量,显著提高过氧化氢酶、超氧化物歧化酶、过氧化物酶和α-淀粉酶活性,显著降低丙二醛的含量。0.20 g/L硫酸锌可以通过提高抗氧化酶活性、增加渗透物质含量和降低丙二醛含量来缓解糯玉米幼苗的盐胁迫。

Abstract: Salinized soil is widely distributed in China, and waxy maize has a broad development prospect, so it is of great significance to study the effects of exogenous substances on the seedling physiological characteristics and growth of waxy maize under salt stress. The effects of different concentrations of zinc sulfate on physiological characteristics of waxy maize seedlings were studied under salt stress soil. The results showed that the contents of soluble sugar, soluble protein and proline in seedlings treated with 0.20 g/L zinc sulfate significantly increased compared with the control group under soil salt content of 3.80 g/kg, the activities of catalase, superoxide dismutase, peroxidase and α-amylase significantly increased compared with the control group, and the content of malondialdehyde significantly decreased compared with the control group. The salt stress of waxy maize seedlings could be alleviated by increasing the activity of antioxidant enzymes, increasing the content of osmotic substances and decreasing the content of malondialdehyde with 0.20 g/L zinc sulfate.
