环剥对‘冬枣’果实品质的影响

Effect of girdling on ‘Dongzao’ fruit quality

摘要: 为揭示环剥对‘冬枣’果实品质的影响,于盛花期对‘冬枣’树主干环剥,以未环剥树做对照,并于果实成熟期测定果实品质各项指标,通过隶属函数对果实品质进行综合分析。结果显示:‘冬枣’树环剥后果实的单果重、果实硬度、可溶性固形物含量、可溶性糖含量、糖酸比及维生素C含量均显著高于未环剥‘冬枣’树,果实的可溶性蛋白含量显著低于未环剥‘冬枣’树;环剥对‘冬枣’果实果形指数、可滴定酸含量无显著影响。综合分析结果为:环剥‘冬枣’树果实品质显著优于未环剥冬枣树。

Abstract: In order to reveal the effect of girdling on ‘Dongzao’ fruit quality, the main trunk of ‘Dongzao’ tree was ringed at the flowering stage, and with the unringed tree used as CK, the fruit quality indexes of ‘Dongzao after girdling treatment’and ‘Dongzao without girdling treatment’ were measured respectively at the mature stage. After the comprehensive analysis of fruit quality through the calculation of membership function, the results showed: the single fruit weight, fruit hardness, fruit soluble solid content, fruit soluble sugar content, ratio of sugar to acid and fruit Vc content of the ‘Dongzao’ fruits after girdling were significantly higher than those of the ‘Dongzao’ without girdling. The fruit soluble protein content of ‘Dongzao’ fruits without girdling was significantly higher than that of ‘Dongzao’ after girdling. ‘Dongzao’ girdling had no significant effect on fruit shape index and fruit titratable acid content. The result of comprehensive analysis is: the fruit quality of ‘Dongzao’ after girdling is significantly better than that ‘Dongzao’ without girdling.
