凤仙花色素提取工艺的优化

Extractive Technology of Natural Pigment from Impatiens balsamina L.

摘要: 通过单因素试验对凤仙花色素提取的条件进行了研究,确定了无水乙醇作为浸提剂(pH值1)、浸提时间1.5 h、浸提温度50 ℃、料液比1∶70、浸提1次的效果较佳。进一步用正交试验优化了提取工艺,结果表明:以无水乙醇为浸提剂, 调节pH值为1,添加凤仙花粉末与浸提剂的比例为1∶60, 恒温保持40 ℃浸提1.5 h,最大提取率为2.84。

Abstract: The extraction conditions of natural pigment from Impatiens balsamina L. were investigated by single factor experiment. The results were: ethanol(pH 1)of extraction solvent, 1.5 h of extraction time, 50 ℃ of extraction temperature, and 1︰70 of solid-liquid ratio by extracting for one time, respectively. Furthermore,the extraction conditions were optimized by orthogonal experiment, and the results were demonstrated as: ethanol(pH1)of extraction solvent, 60 ℃ of extraction temperature, 1.5 h of extraction time, respectively. And the extraction rate of pigment was reached to 2.84.
