海洋微藻保存方法的研究进展

摘要: 本文综述了海洋微藻保存常用方法,主要有继代保存法、低温冷冻保存技术、超低温保存技术、斜面保存法及脱水包埋法。继代保存法操作简单,保存时间短;斜面保存易携带,但琼脂收缩后藻细胞容易变形;低温冷冻保存操作简便,相对保存时间较短;超低温保存法适合藻类的长期保存;包埋脱水保存技术操作简单,不需要复杂的设备,不使用抗冻保护剂,但是,目前仍需要解决预培养条件、脱水速率、胶球含水量等关键技术问题。此外,本文概述了当前海洋微藻保存研究的进展及其保存的意义,为藻种的保存研究提供一定的基础。

Abstract: The paper summarizes several methods to preserve the marine microalgae, including succeeding preservation, cryopreservation technology at low temperature, the cryopreservation technique, save method and the embedding method of dehydration. Succeeding preservation is simple to operate, but the time is not long; agar slant is convenient to carry, but the aglae cells is out of shape easily after the agar shrink; cryopreservation technology at low temperature is also simple but the time is not long; the cryopreservation technique is suit to preservation for a long time; the embedding method of dehydration do not need the Complicated equipment and Cryoprotectant, but we should solve the key technical problems of culture conditions, dehydration rate and rubber ball water content. And provides an overview of the progress and significance of the research.
