Abstract: It is analyzed the important position of occupation career planning and employment guidance in employment work for contemporary college students. And a scene simulation teaching mode should be introduced to the occupation career planning and employment guiding course is put forward, and the meaning, the characteristics, the common form of the scene simulation teaching mode are described. Also, this mode is introduced to the occupation career planning and employment guidance for the teaching arrangement. Finally, it is pointed out the detailed problems that teachers should pay attention to in the occupation career planning and employment guidance courses in using the scene simulation teaching mode.
