黑水虻自动清洗装置控制系统设计

Design of automatic cleaning device for Hermetia illucens

摘要: 为了解决黑水虻幼虫深加工产业中清洗装置占地面积大、自动化程度不高以及人工劳动强度大的问题,本文提出了一种适用于黑水虻自动清洗装置控制系统的设计。该系统由单片机、液位传感器、人机交互界面、超声波振动模块和蓝牙传输模块等构成。以STC15W4K58S4单片机为核心,采用串口屏加蓝牙APP的控制方式,自动包括水循环、上料卸料、清洗的一次清洗动作,并在按下停止按钮前循环进行清洗作业。试验测试结果表明:系统样机在对50 g黑水虻进行清洗时,清洗时长为12 min时清洗效果达到最佳,实现了清洗过程自动化、可视化,能够降低工作人员的劳动强度,而且大大提升了黑水虻清洗效率。

Abstract: In order to solve the problems of large area, low degree of automation and strong manual labor of the cleaning device in the deep processing industry of Hermetia illucens, a design of the control system for the automatic cleaning device of Hermetia illucens is proposed in this paper. The system consists of single chip microcomputer, liquid level sensor, man-machine interface, ultrasonic vibration module and Bluetooth transmission module.The single-chip microcomputer is used as the control core, and the control mode of serial port screen and Bluetooth APP is adopted to automatically complete a cleaning action including water circulation, loading and unloading, and cleaning, and cycle the cleaning operation before pressing the stop button. The experimental results showed that the cleaning effect of the system prototype was the best when the cleaning time was 12 minutes when 50 g of Hermetia illucens was cleaned. It realizes the automation and visualization of the cleaning process, reduces the labor intensity of the staff, and greatly improves the cleaning efficiency of Hermetia illucens.
