摘要: 随着人民生活水平的不断提高,对畜禽产品的需求也由数量向质量转变,营养价值高、无污染、无残留和无公害的优质食品成了人们的追求。遗传因素、饲养方式、产蛋期、环境以及饲粮因素等都会在一定程度上影响鸡蛋品质,在充分发挥品种优势的基础上,改善蛋鸡的饲养方式对提高鸡蛋的品质十分重要。本文对比分析了笼养、平养、散养等三种目前我国主要的饲养方式对鸡蛋品质的不同影响,探讨了在给定的资源约束条件下为提高蛋品质如何选择合适的饲养方式。

Abstract: The requirement of product of livestock and poultry is changing from quantity to quality with the constant development of people’s living standard. High quality and pollution-free foods of high nutrition with no pollution and no residue become people’s favorite food. Factors, such as heredity, way of feeding, period of egg producing, environment and fodder can affect egg quality. It is very important to promote quality of eggs by improving way of feeding laying hens based on making full use of advantage of variety. In this paper, the different effects of three main feeding methods in China on egg quality has been compared and analyzed, including cage feeding, flat feeding and bulk feeding, and how to select the appropriate feeding method has been discussed to improve egg quality under the given resource constraints.
