天津都市农业发展与资源环境承载力协调性研究

Research on the coordination of Tianjin urban agriculture development and the carrying capacity of resources and environment

摘要: 为研究天津都市农业发展与资源环境承载力之间的耦合作用规律,建立都市农业和资源环境承载力评价指标体系,用熵权法、指数和法对天津市2004—2018年间数据进行处理,运用耦合模型计算天津都市农业与资源环境承载力的协调度。结果表明:在2004—2018年间,(1)天津市都市农业综合评价指数从1.397上升到1.779,都市农业发展总体上处于良好态势;(2)天津市资源环境承载力综合评价指数从1.130上升到1.823,资源环境对经济社会发展的支撑能力在逐渐增长;(3)天津市都市农业发展水平与资源环境承载力处于优级协调发展状态,两者间表现出明显的相互促进作用。最后根据评价结果提出对策建议。

Abstract: To understand the law of collaboration between the development of urban agriculture and the carrying capacity of resources and environment in Tianjin. An evaluation index system for such capacity was established using the entropy method and index method based on data ranging from 2004 to 2018, and the coordination degree of Tianjin urban agriculture and the carrying capacity of resources and environment was calculated using the coupling model. It was found that during the sample period,(1)the comprehensive evaluation index of Tianjin; surban agriculture rose from 1.397 to 1.779, and the development of urban agriculture was generally optimistic;(2)the composite index of resource and environmental carrying capacity rose from 1.130 to 1.823, suggesting a positive role in supporting economic and social development;(3)Urban agricultural development and resource and environmental carrying capacity in Tianjin complemented each other and was in a state of superior coordinated development. Finally, policy implications was priveded.
