大数据下的农产品批发市场转型升级对策研究

摘要: 农产品批发市场是我国农产品流通的主渠道。大数据在农产品流通领域的应用越来越广,对农产品批发市场产生了重要影响。大数据对传统农产品批发市场的重要性体现在:推动以大数据平台为载体的农产品批发市场转型;推动以数字化管理为核心的农产品批发市场安全系统发展;增强农产品批发市场的市场竞争力;推进农产品批发市场发展多元化交易模式。针对农产品批发市场面临的信息化程度低、数据集成共享水平不高、缺乏新信息技术与农产品批发市场融合的典型模式、网络安全风险不断增高等问题,提出了加强农产品批发市场信息化系统建设、建设农产品批发市场为主体的公共信息服务平台、降低农产品批发市场应用大数据技术的门槛、强化龙头市场带动、加快农产品批发市场相关法律法规实施等相关措施,推进农产品批发市场转型升级。

Abstract: The wholesale market of agricultural products is the main channel for the circulation of agricultural products in China. The application of big data in the field of agricultural products circulation is becoming more and more widespread, which has had an important impact on the wholesale market of agricultural products. The importance of big data to the traditional wholesale market of agricultural products is reflected in promoting the transformation of the wholesale market of agricultural products based on big data platform; stimulating the development of the security system of the wholesale market of agricultural products with digital management as the core; enhancing the market competitiveness of the wholesale market of agricultural products; and promoting the development of diversified trading modes in wholesale market of agricultural products. In view of the problems faced by the wholesale market of agricultural products such as the low degree of informatization, low level of data integration and sharing, lack of the typical model of the integration between new information technology and wholesale market of agricultural products, and constantly increasing network security risk, these measures are proposed to promote the transformation and upgrading of wholesale market of agricultural products such as strengthening the construction of the information system of the wholesale market of agricultural products, building the public information service platform with the wholesale market of agricultural products as the main body, reducing the threshold of the application of big data technology in wholesale market of agricultural products, strengthening the driving role of leading market, and accelerating the implementation of relevant laws and regulations on wholesale market of agricultural products.
