Problems and countermeasures on the employment after graduation in the case of graduates of agricultural and forestry universities

Abstract: College students employment will become a new normal during the structure adjustment period. The employment of agricultural and forestry university graduates has aroused great social attention. Studies show that dislocations of professional setting and market demand,unsatisfactory employment and entrepreneurship education, do not meet students' need and the actual employment and entrepreneurship rate of graduates from agricultural and forestry universities needs to be improved. Agricultural and forestry universities need to meet the requirements of modern agricultural structure adjustment, mend the subject structure prospectively and adopt the differentiated policy to achieve the applied transformation of agricultural and forestry universities step by step. The fiscal subsidies policy should also support the graduates of agricultural and forestry universities to work in the grassroots places to match their learning outcomes.
