Abstract: Cultivating distinctive university culture and promoting cultural education is an important task for building a socialist cultural power, and it is also an important guarantee for “Sanquan Education” in universities. Tianjin Agricultural University continues to implement the development strategy of “culture casting school” and takes cultivating the feelings of teachers and students who “love the CPC, love the motherland, love agriculture, and love the campus” as the goal and task of building morality and cultivating people. In practice, it proposes the school cultural logo of “Siyuan Fenjin”, constructs the cultural education work system of “Siyuan Fenjin”, and strives to cultivate new people of the era who shoulder the responsibility of national rejuvenation.
