Comparison and Comprehensive Evaluation of Effect of Entrepreneurial Motivation for Science Technology Undergraduates from Six Universities

Abstract: :In order to find the main factors affecting the entrepreneurship of undergraduates, the students of science and engineering were investigated by questionnaire survey and in 6 universities. 982 valid questionnaires were collected, after 1 151 copies were issued. The effective recovery rate was 85.32%. The proportion of undergraduates with entrepreneurial intension was analyzed firstly. Then the undergraduates’ entrepreneurial motivation in science and engineering was analyzed on 9 factors by entrepreneurship questionnaires between different grades and universities. The same points and different points were found. Finally, 9 factors were evaluated comprehensively, “achieving personal value” was the main motivation of college students’ entrepreneurship, followed by “specialty”, the third factor was the influence of “family or parents” and “successful person”.
