Abstract: The differences in immune efficiency to canine distemper(CD)among astragalus polysaccharide group, ganoderma polysaccharide group, transfer factor group and control group were studied. Twelve healthy young dogs aged 2 months post-injected with canine multi-kinds vaccine were randomly divided into four groups before bleeding for basic CDV antibody detection. Three experimental groups were administrated with transfer factor, astragalus polysaccharides and ganoderma polysaccharides, and the control group was given the same amount of physiological saline, then blood samples were taken on even-day for CDV Ab detection. The results showed that the antibody titers of the transfer factor group and the astragalus polysaccharide group were significantly different from those of the control on 6th day, and the antibody titers in transfer factor group were always higher than those of astragalus polysaccharide group. The antibody titers of the ganoderma polysaccharide group and control group were significantly different on the 10th day. Therefore, there are significant immuno efficiency in the three groups, which can be considered to be used in practice.
