Abstract: Immune efficiency of 15 different immunopotentiators were contrastively studied in this paper with Newcastle disease(ND)antibody titre as indicator. 160 pullets were divided randomly into 16 groups with ND-EDS-IB attenuated oil-emulsion vaccine injected, and 15 experimental groups were respectively administrated with different immune intensifiers while the control group was given equivalent saline. Blood samples were collected on 0th, 2nd, 4th, 6th, 8th, 10th, 12th, 14th, 17th, 22nd, 28th day for ND HI antibody titres detection, and the effects on immunity were compared after statistical analysis by software SPSS. The results showed that 15 immunopotentiators appeared obviously immuno-efficiacy in early period(4-12 days post-administration)with 1-2 HI titres higher than control’s; There are significant differences(0.01<P<0.05)in 2 kinds of immunopotentiators on 4th day and 6 kinds on 8th day. Chicken transfer factor will be firstly recommended to apply in poultry industry following comprehensive analysis.
