Abstract: Using the hydrostatic method, enrofloxacin was used to treat the juvenile larvae, the acid phosphatase(ACP), alkaline phosphatase(AKP)and catalase(CAT)in the liver and hind kidney. Antioxidant enzyme activities such as peroxidase(POD) and superoxide dismutase(SOD)were studied. The results showed that enrofloxacin had significant effects on ACP, CAT, POD and SOD activities in the liver and hind kidney(P<0.05); And the activity was related to drug concentration and duration of action. This study provides a reference for enrofloxacin in the mechanism of action and disease prevention.

Key words: enrofloxacin, juvenile Trachinotus ovatus, antioxidant enzymes activities
