Abstract: In order to study the phylogenetic relationships among different cherry varieties and provide theoretical basis for the introduction and cultivation of cherry, RAPD amplification of seven varieties of cherries was performed by PCR. The DNA polymorphism of 7 cherry varieties and the similarity coefficient were analyzed by cluster method of RAPD products. Through the screening of 20 random primers, 4 primers with good polymorphism were found and 100 DNA amplification fragments were obtained, showing obvious polymorphism. The rate of polypeptide was 87%. Based on UPGMA cluster analysis, the tested cherry varieties can be classified into 4 types: MZ with yellow fruit, BLA with black fruit, AM and RED with dark red fruit, and the last catogary of EBF, mSUM and SUM. The kinship between BLA and MZ was the farthest with 0.400 similarity coefficient, while SUM and mSUM were the closest in kinship with 0.990 similarity coefficient.
