Abstract: In order to investigate the genetic evolution of E. faecalis in different regions and different hosts, to clarify the genetic relationship of E. faecalis in different areas, and to clarify the epidemic trend of E. feacalis, the 16S rRNA gene of E. faecalis in NCBI nucleotide datebase was screened and sorted by bioinformatics method. The phylogenetic tree of E. faecalis was constructed by clipping and alignment. The results showed that E. faecalis was inherited steadily across regions in the process of evolution, and the origin might be Germany, which had strong affinity with other countries. Moreover, the data showed that the evolution was slow and the probability of variation was very low. Therefore, these data provides a basis for predicting the occurrence and molecular epidemiology of E. feacalis infection on a large scale.
