不同时期蓝莓黄化规律及生长与黄化的关系

Yellowing rule of blueberries in different periods and the relationship between growth and yellowing

摘要: 为了解蓝莓黄化规律及植株生长对黄化的影响,以天津市蓟州区主栽的6个蓝莓品种为试材,分别在盛花期、幼果发育期、果实成熟期、果实成熟后期测定植株黄化指标,新梢停止生长后测定生长指标。结果显示:‘伯克利’‘布里吉塔’‘北陆’‘蓝丰’的黄化指数先下降后升高再下降(2.76%~25.59%),叶绿素含量(0.31~1.19 mg/g)、铁还原酶活性(14.43~31.25 μmolFe2+/g·h)、有效铁含量(1.72~2.70 mg/kg)先上升后下降再上升;‘蓝金’‘莱格西’黄化指数(3.40%~31.02%)为先下降后升高,叶绿素含量(0.14~1.23 mg/g)、铁还原酶活性(12.14~29.71 μmolFe2+/g·h)、有效铁含量(1.28~2.76 mg/kg)先上升后下降。‘伯克利’‘蓝丰’‘莱格西’在果实成熟期,‘布里吉塔’‘北陆’在盛花期,‘蓝金’在果实采后黄化指数最高,叶绿素含量、FCR活性、有效铁含量最低。综合隶属函数比较得知‘蓝金’和‘伯克利’生长特性较强,平均黄化指数最高。

Abstract: In order to understand the yellowing rule of blueberries and the effect of plant growth on yellowing, six blueberry varieties mainly planted in Jizhou District of Tianjin were used as test materials. Plant yellowing index, the growth index were determined after the new shoot stopped growing. The results showed that the yellowing index of ‘Berkeley’ ‘Brigitta’‘Northland’ and ‘Bluecrop’ decreased first, then increased and then decreased(2.76%-25.59%), chlorophyll content(0.31-1.19 mg/g), iron reductase activity(14.43-31.25 μmolFe2+/g·h), the effective iron content(1.72-2.70 mg/kg)rose first, then decreased and then rose again; the yellowing index of ‘Blue gold’ ‘Legacy’(3.40%-31.02%)decreased first and then increased, chlorophyll content (0.14-1.23 mg/g), iron reductase activity(12.14-29.71 μmolFe2+/g·h), and effective iron content(1.28-2.76 mg/kg)increased first and then decreased. ‘Berkeley’ ‘Bluecrop’ and ‘Legacy’ in the fruit maturity stage, ‘Brigitta’ and ‘Northland’ in the flowering stage, and ‘Bluegold’ after harvest all had the highest yellowing index and the lowest chlorophyll content, FCR activity, and available iron content. By comprehensive comparing it was found that the growth characteristics of ‘Bluegold’ and ‘Northland’ are stronger, and the average yellowing index is the highest.
