饲料大蒜素水平对尖吻鲈消化酶、肝脏免疫酶活性的影响

Effects of allicin levels in feed on activity of digestive enzymes, liver immune enzymes in Lates calcarifer

摘要: 探究饲料中添加不同比例大蒜素对尖吻鲈幼鱼消化酶、肝脏免疫酶的影响,为大蒜素在尖吻鲈饲料中的添加应用提供参考。用有效含量为25%的大蒜素粉剂进行饲料添加,粉剂添加量分别为0%、1%、5%、9%,然后对80日龄的尖吻鲈幼鱼进行投喂饲养试验,0%为对照组,1%、5%、9%为试验组,试验周期为60 d。结果显示,胃淀粉酶活力在5%、9%组显著性上升(P<0.05);肝脂肪酶活力在1%、9%组显著性上升(P<0.05);胃蛋白酶活力在9%组显著性上升(P<0.05);肝过氧化氢酶活力在1%组显著性上升(P<0.05);肝还原型谷胱甘肽活力在1%、9%组显著性上升(P<0.05);肝丙二醛含量在9%组显著下降(P<0.05)。本试验表明了饲料中添加大蒜素可在一定程度上提高尖吻鲈的消化酶活力,帮助机体清除自由基,提高鱼体免疫力,但对不同的消化酶、免疫酶的作用浓度有所差异。本试验可为尖吻鲈饲料添加大蒜素提供一定的数据参考,但具体的添加剂量还需要进一步研究。

Abstract: This study was designed to explore the effects of different proportions of allicin on the digestive enzymes and liver immune enzymes of juvenile barramundi Lates calcarifer, aiming to provide reference for the application of allicin in the feed of barramundi. The garlic powder with an effective content of 25% was added to the feed, and the amount of powder added was 0%, 1%, 5%, and 9%, respectively, and then the 80-day-old juveniles were fed. 0% was the control group, 1%, 5%, and 9% were the test groups, and the test period was 60 days. The results showed that gastric amylase activity increased significantly in the 5% and 9% groups(P<0.05); Hepatic lipase activity increased significantly in the 1% and 9% groups(P<0.05); Pepsin activity in the 9% group significantly increased(P<0.05); The activity of hepatic catalase significantly increased in the 1% group(P<0.05); The activity of hepatic reduced glutathione significantly increased in the 1% and 9% groups(P<0.05); The content of liver malondialdehyde of the 9% group decreased significantly(P<0.05). This experiment showed that the addition of allicin in the feed could promote the digestive enzyme activity of the barramundi to certain extent, help the body to scavenge free radicals and improve the immunity of the fish. However, there were differences in the concentration of different digestive enzymes and immune enzymes. This experiment can provide a certain data reference for the addition of allicin to the barramundi feed, but the specific amount of additives needs further investigation.
