微课应用在农业院校课程信息化改革的SWOT分析及对策

SWOT analysis and countermeasures on microlecture application and informationization reform in agricultural colleges

摘要: 微课是“互联网+教育”背景下新型网络学习资源,它的出现让学习变得自由甚至颠覆。农业高等院校应抓住以互联网技术为依托的信息变革机遇,将微课作为课程改革的重要工具,使大学课堂更具吸引力,提高教学质量。本文以农业院校为背景,运用SWOT分析法,分析微课的优势、劣势、机会和威胁,提出探索微课与传统课堂相结合的教学模式。通过加大资金投入、教师培训等保障措施,提高教师自身业务水平,实现微课在农业院校课程信息化改革中发挥最大功效,达到提高教育教学质量的目的。

Abstract: Microlecture is a new network learning resources under the background of the “Internet+education”, which makes learning become free and even subverted. Agricultural colleges and universities should grasp the opportunity of information and Internet technology change, take mcrolecture as an important tool of curriculum reform to make the university classroom more attractive andimprove the quality of teaching. Based on the background of agricultural colleges and universities, this paper uses SWOT analysis method to analyze the advantages, disadvantages, opportunities and threats of microlectures, and puts forward a teaching mode combining microlectures with traditional classes. Through increasing investment in funds, teacher training and other safeguards, as well as teachers themselves to strengthen their study efforts to improve their own professional level, it aims to achieve microlectures’great role in agricultural colleges and universities curriculum information reform so as to improve the quality of education and teaching purposes in agricultural colleges and universities.
