8个北美海棠品种耐盐碱生理差异研究

Physiological differences in saline-alkali tolerance of 8 North American begonia

摘要: 为比较不同品种北美海棠在天津盐碱地上的生理特性,以静海区8个北美海棠品种为试材,测定了其叶片中的可溶性蛋白、可溶性糖、游离脯氨酸、丙二醛含量,叶片细胞膜透性以及SOD、POD 酶活性等生理生化指标。结果显示:‘凯尔斯’(42.235 mg/g)叶片中可溶性蛋白含量最高,‘冬红’(14.763 mg/g)最低;‘凯尔斯’(0.163%)和‘绚丽’(0.151%)叶片中可溶性糖含量最高,‘舞美’(0.103%)最低;‘凯尔斯’(7.285 μg/g)和‘冬红’(6.211 μg/g)叶片中游离脯氨酸含量最高,‘王族’(2.747 μg/g)最低;‘凯尔斯’(0.133 μmol/g)叶片中丙二醛含量最高,‘亚当’(0.079 μmol/g)和‘绚丽’(0.075 μmol/g)最低;‘冬红’叶片细胞膜透性(34.96%)最大,‘王族’(8.22%)最低;‘喜洋洋’(50.771 U/g · min)和‘舞美’(54.254 U/g · min)叶片中POD酶活性最高,‘冬红’(12.208 U/g · min)最低;8个北美海棠品种SOD酶活性无差异,酶活性均在0.512~0.613 U/g之间。综合隶属函数分析显示:8个北美海棠品种的耐盐碱性依次为‘凯尔斯’>‘冬红’>‘红宝石’>‘绚丽’>‘亚当’>‘王族’>‘喜洋洋’>‘舞美’。

Abstract: In order to compare the physiological characteristics of different species of North American begonia on saline land in Tianjin, the soluble protein, soluble sugar, free proline, malondialdehyde content, membrane permeability, SOD, POD enzyme activity and other physiological and biochemical indexes in leaves were determined, with eight species of North American begonia as test material in Jinghai. The results showed that the highest soluble protein content was in Kells(42.235 mg/g), the lowest was in Donghong(14.763 mg/g); the highest soluble sugar content was in Kells(0.163%)and Julie(0.151%), the lowest was in Wumei(0.103%); the highest free proline content was in Kells(7.285 μg/g)and Donghong(6.211 μg/g), the lowest was in Royal(2.747 μg/g). The highest malondialdehyde content was in Kells(0.133umol/g), the lowest was in Adam(0.079 μmol/g)and Julie(0.075 μmol/g); the highest membrane permeability(34.96%)was in Donghong, the lowest was in royal(8.22%); the highest POD enzyme activities was in Xiyangyang(50.771 U/g·min)and Wumei(54.254 U/g·min), the lowest was in Donghong(12.208 U/g·min); and there was no difference in SOD activity among the eight species of North American Begonia, and the enzyme activity was between 0.512 U/g and 0.613 U/g. According to the comprehensive analysis of membership functions, their order of saline tolerance were Kells>Donghong>Ruby>Julie>Adam>Royal>Xiyangyang>Wumei.
