Effects of Soil Conditions on Growth and Physiological Characteristics of Qing-nai(P. Salicina

摘要: 试验研究了土壤条件对青木奈(P. salicina Lindl. var. cordata J. Y. Zhang et al.) 生长及生理生化指标的影响,以探讨其对不同土壤条件的适应性。对单叶片面积、主干粗度、新梢总生长量、单株最长新梢长度、丙二醛(MDA)、脯氨酸(Pro)、可溶性糖含量以及过氧化物酶(POD)和超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)活性等指标进行了测定分析。结果表明:种植在沙土中的青木奈,其单叶面积、主干粗度、新梢总生长量和单株最长新梢长度均极显著高于种植在粘壤土中的青木奈;种植在粘壤土中的青木奈,其叶片中的MDA和可溶性糖含量以及POD活性均极显著高于、SOD活性显著高于种植在沙土中的青木奈;Pro含量在两种土壤条件下的表现差异不显著。综合各测定指标以及青木奈在田间的生长表现认为:疏松的沙土比粘壤土更有利于青木奈的生长发育,但要注意加强其土壤肥力的提高。

Abstract: Effects of soil conditions on the growth and physiological characteristics of Qing-nai(P. salicina Lindl. var. cordata J. Y. Zhang et al.)were studied in the experiment, aiming at understanding the suitability of Qing-nai to different soil conditions. Single leaf area, trunk diameter, total shoot growth increment, the longest single shoot length per plant, MDA, Pro and soluble sugar contents in leaves and activity of POD and SOD were determined and analyzed after treatment. The results show that the values of leaf area, truck diameters, total shoot growth increment and the longest single shoot length of the plants grown in sandy loam were very significantly higher than those grown in clay loam. MDA content, soluble sugar content and activity of POD in the leaves of plants grown in the clay loam were very significantly higher than those grown in the sandy loam, and activity of SOD was significantly higher exclusively. There was no significant difference between the two distinctive soil conditions in the respect of Pro content. A conclusion could be drawn from the examined indexes and the plant growth status in field that permeable sandy loam with proper fertilizer is more suitable for the growth of Qing-nai.
