环境友好的样品前处理方法的研究进展

摘要/Abstract

摘要： 样品前处理是兽药残留分析中的关键步骤,直接影响检测的结果。传统的样品处理技术往往伴随产生大量污染,既危害环境,又危害分析者的身体健康。环境友好的前处理方法能够有效地减少分析过程中由样品前处理过程带来的污染,同时具有快速、简便等优点。本文对这些样品前处理方法的基本原理、特点及研究进展进行了综述,并对环境友好的样品前处理方法的前景进行了展望。

Abstract: Sample pre-treatment is the key process for the veterinary drug residue analysis. The traditional sample preparation techniques which are harmful to the environment and the health of analyzers are often accompanied by a large production of pollution. Environment-friendly sample pre-treatment methods can reduce pollution caused by sample treatment and make the sample preparation faster and simple. The principles, characteristics of these techniques and research progress are reviewed and the prospect of the environment-friendly sample pre-treatment is discussed in the paper.
