对农业高校大学生创新创业教育的思考

摘要/Abstract

摘要： 从创新创业的概念入手,分析了农业高校大学生创新创业教育的重要性,指出了当前创新创业教育存在的3个主要问题,即教育管理体制的阻碍、师资不足和教育方式的不完善。阐释了农业高校管理机构应如何协助进行创新创业教育,对农业高校大学生创新创业教育方式提出了建议,探究了加强农业高校创新创业教师队伍建设的途径。

Abstract: Based on the concepts of innovation and entrepreneurship, the importance of innovation and entrepreneurship education was discussed. It is pointed out the three defects of current innovation and entrepreneurship education, that is, hindrance of education management system, shortage of teachers and imperfect ways of education. Then, it is interpreted how to assist the innovation and entrepreneurship education for the management organization of agricultural colleges. Finally, some suggestions on the modes of innovation and entrepreneurship education for the undergraduates in agricultural colleges and universities are put forward and the ways to strengthen the teacher group construction of agricultural colleges and universities are explored.
