摘要: 兴趣是个体积极探究某种事物或进行某种活动的意识倾向,是个体获得体育知识和体育技能、增强体质的强大动力;兴趣在个体进行体育技术、技能学习过程中具有积极的推动作用和强烈的情绪色彩。本研究通过调查学生在体育活动方面的兴趣爱好和个性差异,分析个人兴趣对教学效果的影响,为提高体育教学质量提供理论依据。

Abstract: Interest is an actively exploring something or for a certain activities of consciousness tendency, it is a powerful motivation to obtain knowledge, skills and improve physical fitness level. Interest plays a positive role and a strong emotional color in the process of individual sports skills and skills learning. The purpose of the paper studies is to investigate students’ interests and personality difference in sports activities, and analyze the influence of students’ interests on teaching effect, thus providing an important theoretical basis for improving the quality of physical education.
