高校教师科研胜任力影响因素的实证研究——以天津市高校为例

摘要: 加强高校教师科研胜任力研究,对提升高校教师科研胜任力和加快人才评价机制改革十分必要。本文以天津大学、天津农学院、天津医科大学、天津商业大学四所高校的教师为对象展开调查,设计开发科研胜任力量表,采用多阶段分层整群抽样方法收集资料,并运用计量模型进行实证分析。研究自行设计开发的量表包括5个维度:合作能力、沟通能力、解决问题能力、个人发展能力、分析能力,具有较高的信、效度。天津市高校教师科研胜任力水平良好,其中合作能力最高。学校、性别、学位级别、学习动机、自我效能感等是高校教师科研胜任力的影响因素。

Abstract: It is urgent and essential to develop and evaluate the index system of the university teachers’ scientific competency in Tianjin city. In the present study, the teachers from 4 universities(Tianjin University, Tianjin Agricultural University, Tianjin Medical University and Tianjin Commercial University)were recruited in the investigation. A scale on the teachers’ scientific competency was developed. A multistage sampling involving stratified and cluster sampling method was performed in the study. Moreover, quantitative models were used to perform the empirical analysis. The self-designed scale consists of 5 dimensions: cooperation ability, communication ability, problem solving ability, development ability and analysis ability. Both the validity and sensitivity of the scale were proved to be preferable. The cooperation ability showed the best performance among the 5 domains. Additionally, school, gender, degrees, motivation and self-efficacy were correlates of scientific research competency of the university teachers in Tianjin city.
