摘要: 小球藻是一类普生性单细胞绿藻,富含蛋白质、多糖、脂质、叶绿素、维生素等生物活性物质,其中的蛋白质是促进人类健康的主要营养组分。本文综述了培养条件、营养盐等环境因子对小球藻蛋白质表达的影响,阐述了小球藻蛋白质对环境因子的响应机制,以期为提高小球藻蛋白质含量和小球藻规模化生产提供借鉴。

Abstract: Chlorella vulgaris, a kind of spherical unicellular micro-algae under Chlorophyta, it might be rich in protein, lipid polysaccharides, chlorophyll and vitamins et al, the protein of Chlorella vulgaris is a major component of nutrition for human health. This paper described the culture conditions, nutrients and the mechanism of Chlorella vulgaris protein expression responding to environmental factors, Which can provide for a reference for large-scale production and increased protein content of Chlorella vulgaris.
