摘要: 植物油属可再生能源,作为发动机燃料能够降低对石油资源的依赖性,减少环境污染,但其实际应用还有一些局限。本文综述了植物油在柴油机上直接应用的研究现状,从燃烧、排放、供油方式和耐久性方面分析了当前研究的进展和不足,从缸内燃烧分析、发动机供油及控制系统研发、零部件耐久性开发和植物油的理化特性分析等方面提出了后续研发方向,指出了植物油燃料未来在我国的应用前景。

Abstract: As a renewable fuel, straight vegetable oils usage in diesel engine is a promising solution for energy crisis due to depletion of resources and increased environmental problems, however, with certain limitations. Research carried out specifically under China conditions and international research work on the usage of straight vegetable oils in the diesel engine is separately reviewed. The progress and deficiency of the current research are analyzed from the aspects of combustion, emission, fuel supply method and engine parts durability. The development trends of cylinder combustion analyzing, fuel supply and control system developing, engine durability improving and vegetable oil physicochemical properties researching are proposed. Finally, the future of straight vegetable oils usage in diesel engine in China is pointed out.
