动物医学专业教学现状与思考——以天津农学院为例

Random Thought on the Teaching Status of the Veterinary Medicine Profession: Taking Tianjin Agricultural University for Example

摘要: 根据问卷调查和个人访谈,针对动物医学行业对人才的需求进行分析。结果显示,动物医学专业课程设置存在课程安排不合理,实践课程动手性不强,专业理论课占比大,实验课程相对较少,理论课实效性差,同时从学生角度考察发现,新媒体、电子产品对动医专业教学的影响较大,以及学生中低头族现象普遍,对课堂教学效果冲击大等问题。结合实际提出,动医专业教学改革与学生思政教育相结合,师资和学生两手抓,学校加大资金支持提供助力,为切实提升动物医学专业教学水平奠定良好基础,最终实现动医专业学生的有效就业。

Abstract: Based on the analysis of talents' requirement about animal medicine industry and the questionnaire and personal interviews results, we know that the curriculum arrangement of animal medicine are unreasonable; experimental curriculum can’t reflect the operational ability of students; major proportion is too high and effectiveness; experimental courses are relatively low. From the perspective of students, there are many problems such as new media and electronic products’ influence, phubbing phenomenon which mainly impact the discipline in teaching. We first raise the combination of veterinary medicine profession teaching reform and ideological and political education of students, combine with increasing financial support of school. Above all, we will lay a solid foundation for improving the teaching level of veterinary medicine profession effectively and achieve the effective employment of veterinary medicine profession students finally. Combined with the actual proposed medical professional teaching reform and students' ideological and political education, the combination of the teachers and students with both hands, increase financial support to provide assistance to schools, to effectively improve the level of animal medicine specialty teaching lay a good foundation, finally realizes the effective employment of medical students.
