Effects of Culture Conditions on Pollen Germination and Growth of Zaosu Pear in Vitro

摘要: 运用正交设计法研究了蔗糖浓度(A)、硼酸浓度(B)、硝酸钙浓度(C)、温度(D)对早酥梨花粉离体萌发和生长的影响。结果表明,影响早酥梨花粉萌发率和花粉管生长的主次顺序均为:B>A>D>C。最适宜早酥梨花粉离体萌发和生长的培养条件为:蔗糖1.5 g/L、硼酸0.2 g/L、硝酸钙0.2 g/L、温度20 ℃。

Abstract: The effects of sucrose concentrations(A), boric acid concentrations(B), calcium nitrate concentrations(C)and temperature(D)on the pollen germination and growth of Zaosu pear in Vitro were studied by using the orthogonal design. The results show that the order of affecting pollen germination rate and pollen tube length of Zaosu pear was B>A>D>C. The optimum conditions for Zaosu pear pollen germination and growth are as the following, that is, 1.5 g/L sucrose, 0.2 g/L boric acid, 0.2 g/L calcium nitrate and the temperature of 20 ℃.
