大学生坚韧性人格与学习倦怠的相关研究

摘要: 随着大学生群体规模的扩大,大学生的生活和学习态度呈现出复杂化和多样化的特点,学习倦怠情况已经开始在校园中蔓延开来。为改善大学生的学习倦怠情况,本文从培养大学生坚韧性人格的角度出发,采用问卷调查法,以天津农学院本科生为测试对象,进行大学生坚韧性人格和学习倦怠的相关性研究。结果表明,大学生坚韧性人格与学习倦怠情况密切相关,提高大学生的人格坚韧性水平是降低大学生学习倦怠的有效途径。

Abstract: With the undergraduates increase, their attitudes towards life and learning present complex and diverse features, the learning burnout has been spread widely in the campus. To improve undergraduates' learning burnout, taking the undergraduates of Tianjin Agricultural University as test objects, it is carried out the studies on relationship between the hardiness personality and learning burnout of undergraduates from the standpoint of cultivating undergraduates' hardiness by questionnaire survey method. The results show that there is close relationship between the hardiness personality and learning burnout of undergraduates, so it is an effective approach to improve undergraduates' hardiness levels for reducing their learning burnout.
