摘要/Abstract

摘要： 和谐校园文化建设是实施学校育人工作、维护学校稳定与健康发展的重要组成部分,是反映学校管理水平的一项重要指标。天津农学院大力实施“文化铸校”战略,以精细化管理为抓手,创新工作思路,在建设和谐校园文化方面做出了有益的探索。

Abstract: The construction of harmonious campus culture is a crucial component of implementing the college education and maintaining the stable and sustainable development of the college, and it is also a key indicator reflecting the management level of the college.Tianjin Agricultural University vigorously carries out the strategy of “cultural casting school”, implements the delicacy management, introduces new ideas to expand the working methods and standardizes the college work system. These all contribute a lot to the construction of harmonious campus culture.
