摘要/Abstract

摘要： 采用LD₅₀和最大给药量法,对动物临床症状、体重、脏器指数、肝脏和肾脏功能进行了测定分析,以评价姬松茸多糖复合制剂对动物的安全性。结果表明,口服液的LD₅₀高于实际无毒剂量（15 g/kg）,最大给药量为67.2 g/kg,相当于成人剂量的240倍。综合各项测定指标认为,姬松茸多糖口服液对小鼠的肝肾功能无不良影响,并且毒性很低,临床应用安全可靠。

Abstract: LD₅₀ and the maximum administration dosage method were used in the experiment to observe and determine mice’s clinical symptoms, weight, organs indexes, liver and kidney functions in order to evaluate the safety of Agaricus blazei polysaccharide oral liquid. The results show that the LD₅₀ of Agaricus blazei polysaccharide oral liquid is higher than the actual non-toxic dosage（15 g/kg）. The maximum administration dosage is 67.2 g/kg and is equal to the 240 times of adult dosage. According to the indexes tested, the oral liquid has no adverse effects on mice’s liver and kidney functions. The oral liquid has low toxicity and is safe and reliable for the clinical application.
