‘津原89'产量及品质性状在后代品系中的遗传分析

摘要: 本试验采用系统的品质分析方法, 通过比较‘津原89'及其后代在产量、食味品质、外观品质等方面的差距, 以便在育种过程中优先选择出食味品质、产量和理化性质俱佳的后代品系。在产量及产量构成方面:后代‘GK56'产量最高, 远高于亲本‘津原89', 其他后代产量虽不及‘GK56', 但也大都高于其亲本;品质方面:子代‘GK41'的直链淀粉含量和蛋白质含量较低, 食味值较高, 在后代中品质表现优异;在米饭质构特性中, ‘2188'的平衡性、食味表现以及米饭品质均为最优异。综合可知, 在‘津原89'的后代品系中‘GK56'和‘2188'的综合品质表现优异, 可大面积推广种植。结论认为在水稻培育时应将稻米食味品质、产量之间的平衡性作为出发点, 才可能选育出高产、优质的水稻品种。

Abstract: The method of systematic quality analysis was adopted to compare the differences between ‘Jinyuan 89' and its progeny in terms of product quality, eating quality, and appearance quality, aiming to prioritize the selection of progeny lines with high yield, superior eating quality and physicochemical properties during the breeding process. Regarding yield and its components, the progeny ‘CK56' exhibited the highest yield, significantly surpassing that of the parent ‘Jinyuan 89'. Although the yields of other progeny lines were lower than that of ‘CK56', most still outperformed their parent. In terms of quality: the progeny ‘CK41' demonstrated lower amylose and protein contents, along with a higher eating quality score, showcasing outstanding quality performance among the progeny. Among the rice texture characteristics, ‘2188' excelled in balance, eating quality performance, and overall rice quality. In summary, among the progeny lines of ‘Jinyuan 89', ‘CK56' and ‘2188' displayed superior comprehensive quality performance and are recommended for large-scale cultivation. The conclusion suggests that when breeding rice, the balance between rice eating quality and yield should be considered as the starting point to select high-yielding and high-quality rice varieties.
