Problems and Countermeasures of Teacher Training in Local Agricultural Colleges and Universities

Abstract: Teacher training is an important approach to improve the teaching quality of colleges and universities. There are many problems of teacher training in local agricultural colleges and universities, such as the training funds are insufficient, system planning, regulation and mechanism are deficient, the training forms are not flexible, training content and teachers' demand is mismatched, understanding of training teachers is insufficient, and so on. These problems affect seriously training quality and effect. Local agricultural colleges and universities should take a series of effective measures, such as making scientific training plan, determining the various training forms, enriching training content, establishing the effective training evaluation system and raising training funds by multiple channels so as to strengthen the teacher training work in local agricultural colleges and universities.
