Abstract: This research was carried out from three aspects, including strain, inoculation and host, to study the conditions of Antheraea pernyi pupa infected by Cordyceps militaris（L.）Link. The result shows that add 70% leaching juice of the pupa into medium for activation of strain and inoculate to sterilized（121 ℃, 20 min）pupa by injection, can make the fruiting body of Cordyceps militaris（L.）Link achieve the best effect. The time of pupa become rigid can be shortened to 6 days and the rate of rigidity and germination can be increased to 98.0% and 99.3%, respectively.
