Abstract: :It is aimed to investigate the effects of intraperitoneal injection of Cd2 + on serum biochemical indictors of golden carp. 300 healthy golden carps were randomly divided into 4 groups with 3 replicates per group, namely the control group, A group, B group, C group and Cd2 + concentration of these groups were 0, 1.25, 2.50 and 3.75 mg/kg in turn, serum superoxide dismutase(SOD), acid phosphatase(ACP), alkaline phosphatase(AKP), catalase(CAT), malondialdehyde(MDA)contents among these different groups were determined at 0, 1, 3, 5, 7 d after injection respectively. The results show as follows. The changes of serum indicators were closely related with injecting cadmium elements. Compared with the control group, serum SOD activity in A group was significantly higher in the first three days(P<0.05), and there was no significant difference at 5, 7 days, while the serum SOD activity in group B and group C during the whole trial period was significantly lower than that of the control group (P<0.05). The serum CAT activity, ACP activity and MDA content in group A, group B and group C were significantly higher than those of the control group(P<0.05). AKP activity in A group compared with the control group had no significant difference in the first day, and then decreased significantly, AKP activity in group B and group C were significantly lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).
