Abstract: University asset management is an important component of university management work. Effective management of state-owned assets can not only improve the efficiency of asset utilization, but also ensure the normal operation and development of the university. In recent years, due to special reasons such as the closed environment of universities during special periods, problems such as low work efficiency and a vacuum in asset management have emerged. In order to meet the needs of asset management in universities under the new situation, a mobile asset service based on WeChat mini program is proposed, which uses mobile terminals to improve the fixed asset management information system. The construction and practice of this system provide reference for the informationization construction of state-owned asset management in universities.
