Research on the professional title evaluation mechanism of teaching oriented teachers in local universities——Taking an agricultural university as an example

Abstract: By investigating the professional title evaluation of teaching oriented teachers in an agricultural university, some issues with the current professional title evalution were discovered: emphasis on class hours over proficiency, emphasis on research over application, and emphasis on foundation over development. The solutions based on the above analysis were put forward, including increasing the weight of teaching quality in professional title evaluation, enriching the connotation of teaching reform, clarifying positioning and multi party participation in the development of professional title evaluation conditions to stimulate the enthusiasm of teaching oriented teachers.
